Dans le grand cellier du château, vous serez entraînés, le temps d’une soirée, dans l’ambiance des réceptions qui se déroulaient dans les grandes demeures à la fin du Moyen Âge. Pour cette occasion, le chef Jean Garcin a composé un menu à partir de recettes du temps. Il ne s’agit pas de copier lourdement un banquet médiéval, mais plutôt d’en évoquer l’atmosphère et d’en retrouver les ingrédients: un mélange de musique, de théâtre et de gastronomie, qui fait renaître les raffinements et la délicatesse des cours médiévales.
